Towards an Integrated Product Security Management for Software-Defined Vehicles

Webinar Recording

Watch the recording of this comprehensive webinar as we delved into the dynamic world of automotive software development, focusing on the essential themes of transparency and strategic partnerships.

With the rise of software-defined vehicles the start of production is no longer the end of development. Therefore, development cycles need to be drastically shortened, and the full potential of OTA-updates has to be used for feature and security improvements while vehicles are already operational.

This session addresses the pressing need for a holistic approach to security and innovation in the automotive industry.

We will explore:

  • Accelerating your product development and minimizing your risk: Learn how we can support you in shortening the time for compliant software updates and in quick responses on existing weaknesses as well as potentially exploitable vulnerabilities.

  • Transparency in Automotive Software Development: Discover how full transparency in processes, tool usage, and specifications enhances both security and quality. Understand the importance of integrated and interconnected tools for traceability and auditability, ensuring compliance and reliability.

  • Building Effective Partnerships: Explore the significance of collaboration and partnerships within the automotive sector. See how working together with various stakeholders can drive innovation, enhance security, and lead to more effective and sustainable solutions.

  • Enhancing Vulnerability Analysis and Risk Management: We will demonstrate how itemis tools integrate CVEs and industry knowledge to improve vulnerability analysis and risk management, showcasing the powerful synergy of our tools.
