The ideas are drawn from the author‘s experience of a wide variety of Systems Engineering projects coming from Defence, Aerospace and Automotive domains. The suggestions are mostly non-technical. Some may simply be reminders of well-known best practices, some may appear to be quite radical. All points should cause you to think about how your projects are executed and either give you a way to improve, feel good that you already do it or laugh because you can’t believe that this is not always done.
